Ms. Serene See Aik Lian

Ms Serene See is the founder of the Company. She has been spearheading the Company in sales and marketing for over 17 years. Renowned for her skill in sales presentation, close rapport with all users and close coordination with LHDNM, she has led the Company to be one of the fastest-growing software companies in Malaysia. In line with the Malaysia Digital Transformation Blueprint，Serene has successfully assisted 550 tax companies to transform into Digital Tax Firm and she has been selected as the Coach for tax firm Digital Transformation under MDEC 100goDigital Program in the year 2021.
Mr. Sam Lim Huay Chong
- Chief Operation Officer (COO)
Mr. Sam Lim is the founder of the company. He is a veteran of the IT industry in Johor and has a track record of 16 years’ experience in ICT industry. He was the Regional Manager (Southern) for Nation-Tech Sdn Bhd (Taiwan 1st International Computer Group Overseas Subsidiary), for more than 5 years. At Nation-Tech, he has set-up and managed 2 top-performing branches. Mr. Sam Lim has also led a successful IT Consultancy specializing in B2B businesses, mainly eCommerce Solution. Before setting up BiZZTAX, Mr. Sam Lim led and managed a MSC status company specializing in Broadband Technologies & Business.
Mr. Tiyo Chin Hock
- Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Mr. Tiyo Chin Hock oversees BiZZTAX’s Research & Development arm and is responsible for systems design and work-flow of our solutions. His major role is developing solution with cloud computing using DataFlex Cloud 4th Generation. He is also focusing on promoting this powerful new generation programming language into South East Asia. Mr. Tiyo has developed many database applications for a group of Multi-Level-Marketing companies which require heavy and fast database crunching. He is also well versed in Microsoft .NET environment solutions design and implementation.
Dato’ Seri Dr Goh Kwee Keng
- Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Dato’ Seri Goh Kwee Keng is a Chartered Accountant by profession. In year 1988, he graduated & later becoming a fellow member of ACCA (UK). He has more than 30 years of experience in accountancy, finance & business. Currently, he is the owner and partner of four public accounting firms in Malaysia. Dato’ Seri Goh is the associate partner of London School of Accountancy & Finance (LSAF) in Jakarta Indonesia.
Ms. Megan Lim Chiew Ling
- Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Ms. Megan Lim is the Chief Marketing Officer of iBiZZCLOUD. She is primarily involved with events planning and coordination, coaching, managerial skill training and training programmes. Besides, she is actively involved in Learning and development practice with HRDF. Experienced management skills in managing a product line from cradle to grave and launching new products to the marketplace, Miss Megan has been managing key account relationships and large-scale projects. Miss Megan used to work with Thermo Fisher (M) Sdn Bhd, Jebsen & Jebsen Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd. She was also the founder and Director of 1st Bio Sdn Bhd and Impressions Events Management Sdn Bhd. She used to represent famous brand products including Thermo Fisher, GE Healthcare Life Sciences, Abbott Molecular, Pall Life sciences, BINDER GmbH & etc in high-value commercial initiatives, achieving significant sales target and receiving Top Sales Awards. Miss Megan is also the founder of www.impressions.my, which attracted 8,000 to 12,000 visitors monthly from 2012 to 2013. She eventually sold the website to her partner.
Mr. Victor Teo Wi Teck
- Chief Information Officer (CIO)
Mr. Victor Teo, Malaysian, the Chief Information Officer of iBiZZCLOUD. He has a Digital Marketing Degree and was the pioneer of the eINFO Business Search Engine (The 1st Search Engine in Malaysia). He built up over 100,000 Malaysian business information data on eINFO in 2 years and also popularized setting up a low-cost 3-page website for approximately 1,000 SMEs. He was the co-founder of the CM Success Commercial Magazine which published more than 1.5 million Commercial Magazines and over 3,000 pages of digital magazine per year in Southern Malaysia for 3 years. He also helped to develop and provide consultation for the online services and solutions to China’s cross-border market in Shen Zhen and Guang Zhou in the years 2014 & 2015.
