他是马来西亚商业搜索引擎第一人，并在2年内建立了超过100,000个马来西亚的商业资讯，同时为马来西亚约700余个中小型企业建立低成本网站。 他也是CM商业广告杂志联合创办人，过去在马来西亚柔佛区共出版超过150万册商业广告杂志和超过3,000页的数码杂志。 他曾帮助中国深广企业的海外跨境电商服务及一系列线上解决方案。
目前除了担任iBiZZCLOUD的资讯总监，同时也是2家数码公司联合创办人。
Mr Victor Teo is the Chief Information Officer of iBiZZCLOUD. He has a Digital Marketing Degree and was the pioneer of the 1st Business Search Engine in Malaysia. He built up over 100,000 Malaysian business information data in 2 years and also popularized setting up a low-cost 3-page website for approximately 1,000 SMEs. He was the co-founder of the "CM" Commercial Magazine which published more than 1.5 million books of the Commercial Magazines and over 3,000 pages of the digital magazine per year in Southern Malaysia for 3 years. He also helped to develop and provide consultation for the online services and solutions to China’s cross-border market in Shen Zhen and Guang Zhou in the year 2014 & 2015.
