He is a previous hotelier with 15 years of experience in managing hotels, he is overlooking the whole operation during his tenure in the hotel industry. From the back of the house involvement in procuring, purchasing, budgeting, inventory control and staffs’ training right up to the daily sales planning, monitoring and controlling, handling guests’ feedback and complaints, Mr. Desmond See is specializing in sales support & follow up, and also in establishing a strong customer relationship for the mutual benefits of all parties.
